Electroplating Line

Description

Electroplating lines is a set of equipment for plating a thin layer of a protective corrosion-resistant metal onto a metallic surface through the use of varying automated machinery and mechanization. Due to Wide application of electroplating It gives rise to a large variety of electroplating plants like Zinc Plating, Nickel Plating, chrome plating anodizing, phosphating(P.T Line) and many more. The plant may include individual racks or barrel lines, or a combination of both and having all supporting equipment, such as pumps, filters and rectifier, heating-cooling system, complete plumbing, fume exhaust system, PLC(programmable logic controller) and designing.

Barrel plating can efficiently electroplate large volume of parts, which are small in size, and Rack plating is suitable for both delicate and larger parts. It works by holding parts in a fixed position on a rack frame while hanged in the solution. The design of the plating line depends on Size of the components, Volume of pieces, thickness of coating, and many other requirements.
