Manual line is a wide range of plant in which operator has to lift work piece by hand from one process tank to the next. In addition for small to medium sized production requirements manual plant is installed for a processing of special components, which can not be handled on automatic lines. The dipping time in the plating bath can be set according to requirements. The quality of the work pieces depend mainly on how accurate the operator is. For heating of solution in tanks hot water generator is preferred but still special type heaters can also be used made up of titanium, Teflon etc.
For Cooling of solution in tanks Chiller is preferred.
