Transporter

In Automatic and Semi automatic Transporter can be of rack type or barrel type or arm type. The type of transport system is selected based on technological requirements like carrying capacity, dimensions and quantity of products etc. To ensure correct and safe operation, as well as accurate positioning, each system is equipped with a sensor system:

Carriage stop sensor, Distance measuring sensor dipping time sensor, no collision sensor and emergency switch.

  1. The rack type in standard versions is designed for transporting goods up to 300 kg. The Metal frame with drive for horizontal movement and Carriage with a mechanism for vertical movement and a load belt. To ensure an emergency stop of the horizontal movement drive, the auto operator is equipped with an emergency switch. Modification of a trolley also is possible.

  1. The barrel type in standard versions is designed for transporting goods up to 150 kg. The design of this transporter routes allows the use of barrel, which carry small size product in large quantity. In transverse direction the frame moves forward and backward and drum moves in vertical direction. A Dip tray is fit to the transporter so that any solution dripping from the load is collected in the tray rather than allowed to fall into another tank.

  1. The arm type in standard versions is designed for transporting goods up to 100 kg. In this transporter the frame is L-Shaped which takes less space as compare to rack type transporter.
