The applications for industrial chillers have a wide range, Metfin World Focus on metal plating and anodizing Plant industrial Chiller. Metal plating requires high temperatures and Anodizing significantly improve natural occurrence through electrochemical process that grows anodic layer from aluminum oxide, it too uses high temperature in chemical tanks. So, Metfin World provides heavy-duty chiller to remove the heat produced from the solution. There are basically two types of chillers:
1. AIR-COOLED CHILLERS
Air-cooled chillers use ambient air to cool the refrigerant. Refrigerant used is R22. It takes less space than water chillers. The main components of air cooled chillers are compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator.
2. WATER COOLED CHILLERS
Industrial water chillers require a separate cooling tower to remove heat from the refrigerant. Compared to air-cooled chillers, water-cooled units take up more space and have more efficiency. But they do need a sizable water-filled tower that requires a continual water source. All water-cooled chillers manufactured by spare parts like Danfoss expansion valve, Schneider contactor, and overload relay, dryer filter, and solenoid valve to ensure this water-cooled chiller runs without any problem. Electrical panel housing starter for compressor motor, temperature indicator and controller, HP/LP/OP/cut out and gauges etc. are some additional features to water-cooled chillers. Refrigerant R22 will be used and PHE SMO GREAD with cooling tower is used in water-cooled chiller.
The most difference between the air-cooled chiller and water-cooled chiller is: water-cooled chiller must work together with water cooling tower and cooling pumps.
